AngioScreen® is a non-diagnostic, non-invasive vascular screening provider who works with hospitals, corporate employers and community organizations to promote vascular health awareness and give individuals important information about their personal vascular fitness. AngioScreen® sought to build an updated online presence to promote its screening services, highlight key corporate partners and testimonials, and create consistently branded social media channels, optimized for search engine success. The Wave Agency worked with company leaders to develop marketing messaging for a new corporate website, create a partner launch campaign to notify strategic partners of the new site and social media resources available, research and implement an online event registration component to streamline screening registrations for corporate employees, and implement a CRM solution to track and manage leads for future campaigns and communications.
What began as a website engagement quickly broadened to include social media channel setup (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) and management, and eventually the addition of online event registration and CRM. The new site has generated highly qualified lead inquiries for screening services, and social media channels are increasing brand awareness, audience engagement and awareness of vascular health. By implementing an online screening event registration technology solution (branded for each corporate employer), AngioScreen® was able to dramatically reduce monthly costs by eliminating a costly call center previously required to manage the process. And most recently, AngioScreen® is now able to manage event leads in a central CRM database, which has led to data standardization and easier campaign communication development managed by internal administrative resources.
