Industrial Boiler & Mechanical (IB&M) specializes in the sale of new and reconditioned used boilers as well as the repair, installation and startup of steam process boiler systems for commercial, industrial and power utility facilities in the U.S. and abroad. We worked with key stake holders to update brand messaging and focus content on the primary offerings including boiler equipment sales, equipment rental, service and repair. We developed a targeted text campaign to promote used boiler inventory and drive sales, quarterly e-newsletters, blog content, and implemented CRM to track the pipeline of new opportunities generated by the website. We also produced a message on hold recording for inbound callers to hear core brand and service messaging. We provide website maintenance, campaign support and analytics reporting and review on a monthly basis.
IB&M has an updated online presence that not only reflects current key messages, but features a used boiler inventory manager that is maintained by internal administrators, a corporate news section, a new blog featuring content across all key service divisions, helpful resources for engineers, and a responsive design for mobile phones and tablets. Unique phone tracking numbers give IB&M valuable insight into the volume of calls generated from the website, email and specific marketing campaigns. In just a few short months since launch, the site holds over 150 critical keyword positions in the top 30 results across the major search engines including Google, Yahoo! and Bing (2 times the volume than the nearest online competitor). The optimized new site has quickly come to dominate the search engines, generating high volume traffic and page views, and dozens of new highly qualified leads each month for IB&M.
